Contact Magna Water Damage Pros

Call (385) 988-9410

Dispatch is the only way to reach a crew, and someone answers at any hour, holidays included. Our address is 8470 W 2700 S, Magna, UT 84044, and email goes to contact@magnawaterdamagepros.com.

There is no online form. A call lets the dispatcher hear the situation, give safety steps and send the right crew in the same conversation.

What To Have Ready

• The address and the nearest cross street.
• Where the water started and whether it has been stopped.
• Which rooms are wet and roughly how deep the water is.
• Whether it is clean water, wastewater or storm water.
• Your insurer, if you plan to file a claim.

While You Wait

Close the main valve if a pipe is to blame. Switch off wet rooms at the breaker only from a dry spot, and phone the utility or 911 about electrical or gas danger. Photograph everything before you move it.
